This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Frankly Sleeping, LLC. (“Frankly Sleeping”) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the Frankly Sleeping website ("Site"). If Frankly Sleeping discover that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information we will promptly delete that information from our system.
